YouTube has launched a new campaign. “voluntary exit program” TechCrunch confirmed on Wednesday that the company will be providing severance pay for US employees. First reported by Sources.
YouTube’s CEO Neal Mohan sent an internal message to employees on Wednesday letting them know about the program.
This memo announced the Google-owned firm was restructuring its product teams, which would now report to Mohan directly. The memo announced the reorganization of Google’s product teams, which will be divided into three distinct organizations that report to Mohan. “Subscription Products” team will focus on YouTube’s subscription products across YouTube Music & Premium and OTT.

According to the company, no positions will be eliminated in this change.
