MrBeast’s employee handbook did not include standard employment practices and policies during Plaintiff’s employment. MrBeast instead distributed to its employees a manual entitled, “How to Succeed In MrBeast Production” This included such sections as “It’s okay for the boys to be childish” There are a number of states that have enacted legislation to protect the rights and freedoms of their citizens. “[i]f talent wants to draw a dick on the white board in the video or do something stupid, let them.” This handbook states: “[D]o everything you can to empower the boys when filming.” Employees are told to do their best to accomplish the task and to make no excuses. Employees are told in the handbook that: “No Does Not Mean No” The following are some examples of how to get started: “The Amount of hours you work is irrelevant.”
