Kara Swisher, The epitome is a “multi-hyphenate”: podcast host, writer, journalist and CEO activist.

Swisher also has, in her own way, made IDGAF her personal brand. She is a deep-source and doesn’t mind asking the tough questions. She said this during a live broadcast. “I have four kids!”

The host is the person who will be presenting Kara Swisher: On with Kara SwisherIn her podcast, which she produces twice a week for Vox Media, she interviews leaders from the tech world and in politics to get them to reveal things that they might not have revealed on other chat shows. To learn more about the For Pivot, her Vox show with New York University marketing professor Scott Galloway, she keeps the banter between herself and her cohost—but still, she doesn’t hold back. Swisher is not afraid to express her opinions.

Swisher shared all her thoughts and opinions on this week’s episode. The Big Interview, going deep on AI, Silicon ValleyRelationship of’s with President Donald TrumpWhat is the CEO of a tech company that she finds least appealing?

The length of this interview has been reduced to ensure clarity.

Welcome to The Big Interview, Kara Swisher. You are welcome.

KARA SWISHER I’m sorry. Please forgive me for not being able to visit your lovely studio in person.

Next time.

You can see someone behind you.

The giant version is not something that anyone can actually see. WIRED cover with Edward Snowden.

Look at him. Oh yeah.

Andy Greenberg was one of our journalists who had it in his home for many years before deciding to get rid of it. “My wife needs me to get this out of the house. Can I bring it to the office?” “I said,” “sure.” Now it is behind me as I record the podcast.

He was a very good subject for an interview I conducted many years back.

It’s not over yet.

Yeah. Yes.

Let’s start off with some questions. This is something you are probably used to. Are you ready?

Ready.

OK. The most recent text thread that you are on.

God. My kids.

What is better, podcasts or substacks?

What is your meaning? What do you mean?

Choose one.

Oh, podcasts.

Then I thought.

Obviously.

This is the tech executive you’d least like to share an elevator with.

All of them. Oh my God. Um, Mark Zuckerberg.

Which is more disruptive, AI or social media?

Social media.
